The villa was built in 2023 and decorated with great pleasure. It can accomodate up to 20 people.
Our house has 10 bedrooms, each bedroom with its bathroom en suite. The rooms are named after Spanish cities: Sevilla, Granada, Almería, Rocío, Huéscar, Albacete, Valencia, Ronda, Pamplona, and Córdoba. This is a tribute to the old brochures that used to mark the start of the festivals in the past, which now adorn our walls.
The large living room features a fireplace, television, and comfortable sofas and armchairs for relaxation. A fully equipped kitchen with an open bar area leading to the dining room with a spacious table for all diners. One of the walls of the dining room features a large window with sliding doors that open to the outdoor porch.
We also have a large dining room in a cave at your disposal. This space is perfect for long dinners, having a drink while enjoying the music or for the little ones to have a good time.
If at any time our guests need a more intimate retreat, we have 2 small lounges with pellet stoves for relaxation, watching TV, or simply enjoying a good book.
Outside, there are plenty of places to sit, whether you like shade or sun. For a drink in company or a good siesta.
Cave-House
Casa Lua is the result of the renovation of an old cave house. Cave houses are a very common type of house in the Altiplano Region of Granada, dating back to ancient times. They are constructions dug into the rock or mountain, taking advantage of the thermal inertia of the terrain, providing the advantage of enjoying a pleasant climate inside, both in winter and summer, with a constant temperature throughout the year, around 18-20°C, which eliminates the need for heating or air conditioning systems.
In the cave section, 7 out of the 10 bedrooms are built. They are spacious with high ceilings, ensuring silence and, consequently, rest. The two small lounges with pellet stove, the saunas, and the heated indoor pool are also located in this part.
The best equipments
All materials used in the construction of the house, as well as the selected furniture and facilities, are of the highest quality.
For your rest, there are Prince mattresses measuring 90x200cm with a box spring base that provides greater comfort and support. For the double beds, there is a 4cm viscoelastic topper measuring 180x200cm, which relieves pressure and ensures a more adaptable and plush rest. Satin cotton sheets are provided, offering a soft and silky touch for absolute comfort.
All bathroom fixtures are from Roca, and each room has a rain shower. There are Smart TVs with international channels, and you can also install Netflix, Prime, HBO, Spotify, Apple TV, and more.
The house also features a Sonos sound system (indoors and outdoors) where you can play your favorite music.
The kitchen appliances are from well-known brands such as Bosch (refrigerator), Siemens (freezer and dishwasher), and there are two 5-burner gas stoves with 90cm ovens from Meireles.
